To Append a Tag Set to a Tag Set Library

From the Tags toolbox, select Tag Sets.
The Tag Sets dialog opens.

In the Tag Sets list box, select the tag set to append.

From the File menu's Export submenu (in the dialog), choose Append to Tag Library.
The Export Tag Library dialog opens.

Select the desired tag set library and click OK.
