To Justify an Enter Data Field

  1. Key in JUSTIFY [LEFT | CENTER | RIGHT].

    LEFT specifies left justification, CENTER specifies center justification, or RIGHT specifies right justification.

  2. Identify the enter data field. A rectangle is drawn around the field and the field contents display.
  3. Identify another enter data field or select another tool.
