(Technology Preview) To Apply a Horizontal 2D Constraint

Select the Horizontal 2D Constraint tool ( Drawing > Constraints > 2D ).
Select the element or segment you wish to constrain. The selected entity or segment is now set to the direction of the horizontal axis of the Global coordinate system.
