When you have the transform parameters, the workflow is:

1. Select the standard geographic coordinate system from the library.
2. Click the Details icon in the Geographic Coordinate System dialog to open the Geographic Coordinate System Properties dialog.
3. Enter the transform parameters.
4. All geographic calculations will then apply the transform at the appropriate times.
