To Add a Word to the User Dictionary

  1. From the Spelling dialog, click Add > Manage Dictionary.

    The Manage User Dictionary dialog opens.

  2. In the Word field, type the word you want to add to the user dictionary.
  3. Clink Add to Dictionary.

    The new word is added to the Word list box (below the Word field).

  4. Click OK.
