To Create a ProjectWise Drive Configuration

  1. Select Manage Configurations on the MicroStation home page.

  2. The Manage Configuration dialog opens.

  3. Select Add. The New Configuration dialog opens.

  4. Add details for Configuration Name and Description.
  5. Select ProjectWise Drive Configuration in the Type field.

  6. Browse and select the desired Configuration Folder.
  7. (Optional) You can turn visibility off by turning off the Visible checkbox. Visibility is on by default.
  8. Move the Workspace Setup slider to add or edit configuration variables.

    You can add, duplicate, edit or delete configuration variables in this section. You can also sort them and manage permissions for the configuration variables.

  9. Click OK.
A new ProjectWise Configuration is created. This configuration will also be listed along with Example and Custom Configurations on the Home page. When you select this newly created ProjectWise Drive configuration, you will see the associated WorkSpaces and WorkSets for the configuration on the work page.
