To Reorder Main Tasks

In the Customize dialog ( File > Settings > Configuration > Customize ) on the Tools tab, expand the Main Tasks tab.
Expand the User Tasks section and expand the open DGN library.
Select the Main task whose relative position you want to change.
Do one of the following:

To move up the Main task one position, click the Move Up icon.

or
Right-click the Main task and select Move Up from the pop-up menu.
Do one of the following:

To move down the Main task one position, click the Move Down icon.

or
Right-click the Main task and select Move Down from the pop-up menu.

Note: If the Main task is the first item in the open DGN file or the Main task it is contained in, it cannot move up. If the Main task is the last item in the open DGN file or the Main task it is contained in, it cannot move down.
