To Add Annotation Scale to Existing Annotation Cells

Use the Element Selection tool to select the required cells.
If none are selected, then the key-in will apply to all annotation cells.

In the Key-in window, key in ANNOTATIONSCALE ADD.
The (selected) annotation cells are scaled by the annotation scale factor.
