Select Sort Order Dialog
Used to specify the options for sorting objects in the Details dialog and Advanced Search dialog.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Sort Items by | Used to select the column on which the sorting is based. The selected column heading has a triangle next to its name. |
| Ascending | If selected, sorts the items in ascending order based on the column selected in the Sort Items by field. The triangle in the column heading points up if the items are sorted in ascending order. |
| Descending | If selected, sorts the items in descending order based on the column selected in the Sort Items by field. The triangle in the column heading points down if the items are sorted in descending order. |
| Then By (three instances) | Allows you to specify up to three additional columns on which to base the sorting of items. For each additional column you can select Ascending or Descending order. |
