To Place a Torus Feature with Axis Set to Points

  1. Select the Torus Feature tool.
  2. From the Axis option menu, choose Points.
  3. Enter a data point to define the start point.
  4. Enter a data point to define the center point for the torus, and its axis of revolution.

If Primary Radius is off, this data point also defines the primary radius along which the torus is swept.

  5. Enter a data point to complete the torus.

If Radius is off, this data point also specifies the secondary radius, which is the radius of the torus' profile.

If Angle is off, this data point also specifies the sweep angle of the profile about the axis of revolution.
