In the feature tree, right-click on the Cut item.

In the right-click menu, select Reorder Tree > Move To Top.
The feature moves to the top of the feature tree.
The solid updates, with the cut now extending through the entire solid.
After reordering the feature tree, the cut is at the top and extends through the whole solid.
Where you want to move a feature to a particular position in the feature tree (not at the top), you first mark the item and then move it. Continuing with our example, the cut could be relocated to be above the item Slab (4), so that it only passes through that part of the solid.
