To Make a Cut or Protrusion Along the Edge(s) of a Feature-based Solid

Select the Sweep Edge Feature tool.
The Sweep Edge Feature tool settings window opens.
Modify the tool settings.
Select the solid.
Select the profile element.
(Optional) Select the direction for the cut/protrusion.
Select the edge.
(Optional) Select additional edges with <Ctrl> + Data points.
Accept or reject the cut or protrusion.
