The Explorer dialog Resources tab displays common resources being used by a DGN file. Common resources include DGN library and active file. Most of the content in Explorer dialog Resources tab is read-only. Each node in the Explorer dialog Resources tab has an associated context menu that can be used to perform different operations on the node.
