The effective level display is made up of the View Display, Global Display, Global Freeze and Viewport Freeze. If either the View Display or Global Display are OFF, then the effective level display is OFF. Additionally, if either the Global Freeze or Viewport Freeze are ON, then the effective level display is OFF.
