To Select a Network Printer Other Than the Windows Default

In the Print dialog, do one of the following:

In the printer drop-down list box, select a Windows printer.

Select File > Select Windows Printer. Select the required printer, and then click Print.

The selected printer name displays in the title bar, along with the Windows printer driver name.
