To Copy a Task or Workflow

In the Customize dialog ( File > Settings > Configuration > Customize ) on the Tools tab, expand the Tasks tab.

Do one of the following:

Expand the User Tasks section and expand the open DGN library.

or

Expand the User Tasks section and expand other DGN libraries.

or

Expand the Application Tasks section and expand the MicroStation tasks.

Select the task or workflow that you want to copy.

Do one of the following:

Click the Copy icon.

or

Right-click the task or workflow and select Copy from the pop-up menu.

Select the open DGN file or the task to which you are copying the task or workflow.

Do one of the following:

Click the Paste icon.

or

Right-click the location to which you are copying the task or workflow and select Paste from the pop-up menu.
