To Place a Polygonal Shape

Select the Place Shape tool (Drawing > Home > Placement > Polygon Tools split button).
Enter a data point to define the first vertex.
Continue entering data points to define the other vertices.
Do one of the following:

To close the shape, enter a data point at the location of the first vertex.

or
Click the Close Element button.

or
Key in CLOSE ELEMENT.
