To Create an E-mail Link

  1. In the Links tab of the Explorer dialog, click the Create Link icon and from the drop-down list, select URL Link.

    The Create Link dialog opens.

  2. Do one of the following:

    If the e-mail address already appears in the drop-down list, select it.

    or

    Click the arrow next to the text box, and select mailto: from the drop-down list.

  3. (Optional) If you selected mailto: in the previous step, type the e-mail address after mailto:.
  4. Click OK.
