To Link a Document to an Issue

Open the Manage Issues dialog (Drawing > Collaborate > Collaboration > Manage Issues).

Select Issue in the Type drop-down.

The list of issues in displayed in the list box.

Click on the desired issue to open it.

Select the Documents tab.

Select the Links to Project Documents (blue link button).

The Connect ProjectWise document service portal opens.

Select the desired document on the portal and click Select.

The document portal page closes and the document is linked and listed in the dialog.
