To Create the MSCATALOG Table

Open the Database Setup (MSCATALOG) dialog ( split button).
An alert box opens to ask if you would like to create MSCATALOG if none exists in the current database.

Click the Yes button.
MSCATALOG is created, and the MSCATALOG dialog opens.
