To Attach an Existing Cell Library Folder

Select Drawing > Annotate > Cells dialog launcher.

The Cell Library dialog opens.
From the File menu in the Cell Library dialog, select Attach Folder.
The Attach Cell Library dialog opens.
Do one of the following:

Select the folder to attach.

or
Click Make New Folder and select the new folder.
Click Select Folder.
