To Move a Task or Workflow Using Cut and Paste

In the Customize dialog ( File > Settings > Configuration > Customize ) on the Tools tab, expand the Tasks tab.
Expand the User Tasks section and expand the open DGN library.
Select the task or workflow that you want to move.
Do one of the following:

Click the Cut icon.

or
Right-click the task or workflow and select Cut from the pop-up menu.
Select the open DGN file or the task to which you are moving the task or workflow.
Do one of the following:

Click the Paste icon.

or
Right-click the location to which you are moving the task or workflow and select Paste from the pop-up menu.
