In the container, open the document into which you want to embed
the view object.
Open the
Paste Special dialog (Drawing > Home > Selection > Paste split button).
In the As list box, select
MicroStation View Object.
Select
Paste and then click
OK.
Note: If you select
Picture in the As list box, you cannot edit the view object in the container,
but you can resize it.
Note: Although only
the captured view object is displayed in the container, OLE2 copies to the
Clipboard the entire DGN file including attached references.
