To Scale Elements, in a Fence, About Their Centers (by a Scale Factor)

  1. Use the Place Fence tool ( Drawing > Home > Selection > Fence Tools split button) to place a fence around the elements.

  2. Select the Scale tool ( Drawing > Home > Manipulate ).

    The Scale settings window opens.

  3. Set Method to Active Scale and set the scale factor.
  4. Turn on About Element Center.
  5. Enter a data point to accept the scaled elements.
