To Modify the Active Print Definition File

From the Print dialog's File menu, choose Open Print Definition File.
The Select Print Definition File dialog opens.
Select the required print definition file.
Click Open.
The Select Print Definition File dialog closes and the settings for the selected print definition file are applied to the Print dialog.
Use the controls in the Print dialog to modify the entity to print and/or adjust other print settings as desired.
From the Print dialog's File menu, choose Save Print Definition File.
Click Save.
When prompted to replace the file, click Yes.
