To Add an Element to a Named Presentation

Select the Parametric Components dialog (Home > Content > Parametric Components).
The Parametric Components dialog opens.
Select the Named Presentations tab.
Select the element you wish to add to a named presentation.
Select Modify.

The Modify Named Presentation tool setting opens.
Turn on the checkbox(es) corresponding to desired view(s) from the list for the named presentation.
Enter a data-point.
The element is added to the selected named presentation(s).

Note: You can add an element to more than one named presentation.

Note: You can also add the element to a named presentation in the Properties dialog by setting the corresponding Named Presentation to True.

Note: An element's Named Presentation and Perforator properties are mutually exclusive. That is, if an element is assigned Perforator properties then it cannot be added to a Named Presentation. If an element is added to a Named Presentation, then it cannot be defined as a Perforator.
