To Designate a Cell as an Active Cell Using the Cell Library Dialog

Select Drawing > Annotate > Cells dialog launcher.
The Cell Library dialog opens.
(Optional) From the File menu, select Attach File.
The Attach Cell Library dialog opens.
(Optional) Select a cell library and click Open.
In the list box, select the name of the cell.
Right-click the cell and select Place Cell, Place Terminator, Place Point Cell, Pattern Linear or Pattern Area from the pop-up menu.
Note: You also can use the Cell Selector dialog to designate a cell as an active cell. When you use this method not only is the cell activated, but the pre-designated cell placement tool for that cell is automatically selected as well.
