To Select Elements Contained In or Overlapping a Circular Area
Select the Element Selection tool.
In the tool settings window, select the following icons: Method - Circle, and Mode - Add (+).
Enter a data point to define the center of the circle. Use a left-right direction for inside selection and a right-left direction for overlap selection.
(Optional)
Press the <Shift> key while dragging to invert the current inside/overlap direction.
Enter a second data point to complete the circle.
