Animation Producer Dialog Icons

This section describes the functions of the icons at the top of the Animation Producer dialog.

SettingDescription
New Script


Opens the New Script dialog, which is used to create a new animation script in the active DGN file.
Open Script


Opens the Open Script dialog, which is used to open an animation script that is in the active DGN file.
Delete


Opens the Delete Script dialog, which is used to delete a script from the active DGN file.
Move Point (icon)


(If View > Velocity Graph is selected and only when a curve is active) Lets you modify a curve by dragging a handle.

Holding <Ctrl> while moving the point will break tangency of the curve.

Clicking the point to highlight it, lets you use precision placement to locate it. You can position the point by entering values in the fields for the horizontal (time/frame) and vertical (Percentage/Value) axes.

Select Curve (icon)


(If View > Velocity Graph is selected and only when multiple curves are displayed) Lets you pick a curve to make it active.
Add Point (icon)


(If View > Velocity Graph is selected and only when a curve is active) Creates a point, and velocity in and out points, on a curve.
Delete Points (icon)


(If View > Velocity Graph is selected and only when a curve is active) Deletes a point on a curve (velocity in and out points cannot be deleted). Only user defined points may be deleted. A minimum of two points are required for a velocity curve.
Highlight


Highlights the selected graphical element.
Zoom
Zooms to the selected graphical element.
Isolate
Isolates the selected graphical element.
