Add Vehicle to Lane

Used to add a vehicle to a lane.

You can access this tool from the following:

Setting	Description
Vehicle Set	Selects the vehicle set.
Browse for Vehicles	Opens the Vehicle Library dialog to select the vehicle set.
Vehicle	Adds vehicle from the list of vehicles in the vehicle set.
