To Set Element Elevation

1. Start the Set Element Elevation tool (Drawing > Home > Manipulate > More > Set Element Elevation).
   
   
2. In the Elevation field, enter the value by which you want to move the vertices.
3. Select the element whose vertices are to be moved to the set elevation.
