Print Organizer is a utility for printing and reprinting sets of files that are stored in a print set. These files include DGN, DWG, PDF, raster and i-models. To automate the process of assigning printing parameters, Print Organizer supports print styles that allow you to apply a default set of print definition property values to a print set. Using print styles saves you time by reducing the need to retype printing parameters for each plot.

For users that may not want to print WYSIWYG ("what-you-see-is-what-you-get"), design scripts and pen tables can be used to resymbolize elements at print time. Resymbolization is the process of changing characteristics of elements within a design file. The typical workflow when submitting a print set:

• Set the print order.
• Select a printer driver.
• Preview the print set.
• Click the Print icon.
