After WorkSet configuration files have been processed, msconfig.cfg checks to see whether _USTN_ROLECFG has been defined. If it has, the configuration file that it is defined in _USTN_ROLECFG is processed. MicroStation has no default for _USTN_ROLECFG; it must be set as a system environment variable or defined in one of the user-modifiable configuration files that are processed prior to reaching this part of msconfig.cfg.

The final part of msconfig.cfg handles the database configuration file, if that feature is in use.

When msconfig.cfg has been fully processed, all the initial configuration variable definitions are complete.
