Multi-line Styles Dialog, End Caps and Joints Tab

Contains controls for specifying the appearance of the start cap, end cap or joint lines. Caps can have any or all of the available parts.

Start/end caps. Left to right: lines, outer arcs, inner arcs (odd number of inside lines), inner arcs (even number of inside lines).

Note: Right-clicking on the Title bar opens the Show/Hide Tools dialog, which allows you to turn display options on and off.

Setting	Description
Level	Sets the level on which the selected cap or joint is placed. `MLINESTYLE` `SET` `LEVEL`
Color	Forces the start\end cap or joint to take the color from the attached segment. If the segments on either side of the cap are different colors, the cap or joint will be split with each half showing in the color of each side. `MLINESTYLE` `SET` `COLOR`
Line Style	Sets the type of line style (Standard, Custom, or By Level) of the selected component. `MLINESTYLE` `SET` `LINESTYLE`
LS Scale	If on, sets the scale factor applied to all displayable characteristics (dash length and width, point symbol size) of the Active Line Style. `MLINESTYLE` `SET` `LSSCALE`
LS Width	If on, sets the starting width, in master units, of each dash stroke (thereby modifying the widths specified for these strokes in the definition of the Active Line Style). `MLINESTYLE` `SET` `LSWIDTH`
Weight	Sets the line weight (0-31) of the selected component. `MLINESTYLE` `SET` `WEIGHT`
Class	Sets the class (Primary or Construction) of the selected component. `MLINESTYLE` `SET` `CLASS` `CONSTRUCTION` `MLINESTYLE` `SET` `CLASS` `PRIMARY`
Angle	Sets the caps' line angle, in degrees. `MLINESTYLE` `SET` `ANGLE`
Line	Draws the cap as a line. `MLINESTYLE` `SET` `CAPLINE`
Outer Arc	An arc connects the outermost component lines. `MLINESTYLE` `SET` `CAPOUTARC`
Inner Arcs	Arcs connect pairs of inside component lines. If there is an even number of inside component lines, all are connected. If there is an odd number of inside component lines (three or more), the middle line is not connected. `MLINESTYLE` `SET` `CAPINARC`
Color from Segment	Sets the color of start/end cap or joint to the attached segments color. `MLINESTYLE` `SET` `COLORFROMSEG`
List box	Displays all available caps and joints.
