To Convert Variable Print Definitions to Fixed Print Definitions

  1. From Print Organizer, select the variable print definitions.
  2. Select Tools > Convert to fixed print definitions.

    The Print Organizer Status dialog opens and automatically closes when the process is complete.

  3. Select File > Save, to save the print set.
