To Isolate an Item

Open the Explorer Dialog Items tab.
Do one of the following:

Select an item or item group.

or
Right click the item and select Isolate.
Click the Isolate icon.
The selected items are isolated in the drawing. All other items are hidden from view.

You can undo the action by clicking the icon again or right click the items and select Clear Isolate.
