To Place a Cone Feature with Axis Set to a Drawing or Screen Axis

Select the Cone Feature tool.
From the Axis option menu, choose the required axis.
Enter a data point to define the center of the base.
(Optional) If Base Radius is off, enter a data point to define the base radius.
Enter a data point to define the height.
If Height is off, this data point defines the height for the cone, and its direction along the selected axis.

If Height is on, this data point accepts the height value and defines the direction of the cone along the selected axis.
