To Create a Saved View

Open the View Attributes dialog ( Drawing > View > Presentation > View Attributes ).
In the View Attributes dialog’s Presentation section, turn on the Markers control.
The markers for saved views display the model.
Hold the pointer on a marker of a callout that does not have a saved view created.
A Mini toolbar with the Create Drawing tool appears.
Select the Create Drawing tool.
The Create Drawing dialog opens.
Turn on the Create Saved View check box.
(Optional) Turn on the Create Drawing Model and Create Sheet Model check boxes.
Click OK.
