To Update the Placeholder Fields of a Section Callout in a 2D Sheet Model

In a 2D sheet model containing an element, select the Place Section Callout tool.
Turn off the Create Drawing check box.
Create a section callout on a reference in the 2D sheet model.
Select the Place Drawing Boundary tool.
Place the first and second corners of the drawing boundary.
Enter a data point.
The placeholder fields of the drawing boundary update immediately.
Right-click the drawing boundary and select Add Link to Element from the pop-up menu.
Select the section callout.
Click the Update All Fields tool (Drawing > Annotate > Text > More split button).
The placeholder fields of the section callout update automatically.
