To Publish an i-model Containing Links to Other DGN Files

Open a DGN file with links to other DGN files.
Select File > Publish i-model.
The Publish i-model(s) dialog opens.
On the Package Settings tab select the desired settings.
On the Publish Settings tab, turn on Include Linked Design Files.
Click Publish.
An i-model is published from the source DGN file. An i-model for each linked DGN file is published as well.
