To Open a Configured DGN Library from the Customize Dialog

In the Customize dialog (
), select File.
Below the Import and Export menu items is a list of files in the configured DGN libraries.

Select one of the files.
The open DGN file closes and the selected file opens. Now you can use the features on the Tools tab.
