To Create a B-spline Curve that Passes Through a Set of Data Points with Interactively Specified Tangent Directions

Select the B-spline by Tangents tool ( split button).

In the tool settings window, set Input By to Entering Tangents.

Enter a data point to define the curve's starting point.

Enter a data point to define the tangent direction at the defined starting point.

Enter a data point to define the next point through which the curve will pass.

Enter a data point to define the tangent direction at the point defined in the previous step.

For each additional point through which the curve will pass, repeat steps 5-6.

Reset to generate the curve.
