Open the Print dialog (File > Print > Print).
The Print dialog opens.
In the Printer and Paper Size section of the Print dialog, select the printer from the printer list.
Select File > Edit Printer Driver Configuration.
The Printer Driver Configuration dialog opens with the selected printer.
Select the General tab.
In the Display Label control, type in the name you want to display for that printer.
Close the Printer Driver Configuration dialog.
The Printer Driver Configuration Editor dialog opens.
Click Yes.
The Printer Driver Configuration Editor dialog closes.
To reload the printer driver configuration file, select File > Reload Printer Driver Configuration.
The new Display Label for the printer displays in the printer list.
