To Create a Command File

In the SQL Window, type the SQL statement you want to save.

From the SQL Window's File menu, choose Save As.
The Save SQL Command File dialog opens.

In the Name field, key in the desired filename.

Set the destination Directory as desired.

Click the OK button.
