To Add a Constraint to a Feature

Select the Constrain Feature tool.
Click the Add New Constraints icon.
In the icon bar, select the type of constraint to be added.
Select other settings as required.
Select the feature to be constrained.
Select the edge, vertex, plane, or other feature to which the selected feature is to be constrained.
Accept.
