To Edit Property Values for Multiple Fixed Print Definitions

In the Print Organizer dialog, select two or more print definitions.
Do one of the following:

Select Edit > Properties.

or
Right-click the selected print definitions and select Properties from the pop-up menu.

or
Click the Properties icon from the toolbar.

The Modify Properties dialog opens.
Make the necessary modifications.
Select OK.
The Modify Properties dialog closes and Print Organizer changes the print definition property values.
