To Modify the File Update Sequence

In the References dialog, select Properties > Update Sequence.
The Update Sequence dialog opens. The list box shows the current update sequence.
In the list box, select one or more references or the active model.
Use the <Shift> or <Ctrl> key to select a range or individual files.
Click the buttons to move the selected files in the chosen direction, or simply drag the selected files to the desired location.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the sequence is modified as desired.
Click OK.
Note: Changes to the update sequence are saved to the active model by selecting File > Save Settings.
