To Fill In an Enter Data Field

  1. Select the Fill In Single Enter Data Field tool.
  2. Select the enter data field.

    The Edit Enter Data Field dialog opens.



  3. In the Value field, type the new contents for the enter data field.
  4. Click OK and the previous field contents are replaced.
