To Extract and Modify a Profile

In the feature tree, right-click on the feature containing the profile.

In the right-click menu, select Profile > Extract In Place.
The profile is extracted from the solid.

Make the required modifications to the profile.
Solid with modified profile (shown in heavier line weight).
