To Export to a VOB File

Make sure you are in a 3D model and have camera enabled for the active view..

Select File > Export > Visualization File Types > VUE (*.vob) .
Enter a data point in the view window.
In the Vue Export Settings dialog, set the Stroke Tolerance and click OK. The Export Vue dialog opens.
(Optional) Navigate to the location where you want to save the .vob file.
Click OK.
